What we collect, and what we do not.

The table request form

If you fill it in, we receive your name, the contact you chose to leave, how many people, the night and time you asked for, and your note if you wrote one. We use it to answer you about that table and for nothing else. It arrives as an email in the bar's mailbox and stays there. There is no database and no customer list behind this website.

We do not add you to any mailing list. If we ever want to write to you about anything other than your table, we will ask first and you will have to say yes.

Cookies

One is stored when you switch language, so the site can show you the same language next time. The others appear only if you agreed, and they tell us whether an ad brought you here and which pages get read. Say no and none of them are set.

You were asked before anything was stored, refusing takes one click, and you can change your mind at any time from this page.

How we count visitors

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. It only runs if you allowed it in the notice at the bottom of the page, and if you did not, it records nothing at all. It sets cookies and tells us totals, never who you are.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Vercel, which serves it from Singapore and keeps ordinary server logs. The form is delivered by Resend, an email service. The map loads only if you tap it, and until you do, Google receives nothing from this page.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to contact@lamoonpattaya.com and we will do it. There is very little to hold: if you never used the form, we have nothing at all.
