Who runs this site

This site is run by La Moon Cocktail Bar & Bistro, 225/112 Moo 10, Soi 3 Pattaya Tai, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150.

What this site does

It shows who we are, where we are and what is on the menu, and it lets you ask us to hold a table. Nothing is sold and nothing is paid for on this site.

Table requests

Sending the form is a request, not a booking. Your table is held only once we reply to confirm it. If you need an answer quickly, use LINE or call us.

Menu and prices

Prices are in Thai baht, and what is on the card is what is on the bill. Dishes, drinks, prices, music and offers can change. If this site and the card in the bar disagree, the card in the bar applies.

Alcohol

We serve alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age in Thailand, and our team may ask to see ID.

Using the site

Please use it for its purpose. Do not send false requests, try to break or overload it, or copy large parts of it by automated means. The photos, text and logo belong to La Moon or to the people who made them, and may not be reused without our permission.

Other services

Some links open services such as LINE, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. They have their own terms, and we do not control them.

Responsibility

We work to keep this site correct and available, but we cannot promise it always is. As far as Thai law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by using this site or relying on it. Nothing here removes rights you have under Thai law.

Law

These terms follow the law of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Thailand.

Changes

We may change these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
